Location: Hybrid & Remote; roles are generally not restricted by location. Offices in Malta, UK, Italy, Austria, Serbia, Romania, and UAE.

What you will do
- Establish and promote standards for the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive automated tests.
- Coordinate testing processes and methodologies across multiple business units to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Guide the development of frameworks for functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
- Oversee testing infrastructure to ensure observability and rapid feedback using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design unified test strategies and provide expert guidance on quality standards.
- Mentor team members organization-wide to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development in QA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, ideally within web microservices environments.
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar coordination-focused role.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or Python for developing and maintaining automated test suites.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, agile methodologies, and the SDLC.
- Exceptional communication and mentoring abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
