What you will do

• Establish and promote standards for the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive automated tests.
• Coordinate testing processes and methodologies across multiple business units to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Guide the development of frameworks for functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
• Oversee testing infrastructure to ensure observability and rapid feedback using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design unified test strategies and provide expert guidance on quality standards.
• Mentor team members organization-wide to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development in QA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, ideally within web microservices environments.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar coordination-focused role.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or Python for developing and maintaining automated test suites.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, agile methodologies, and the SDLC.
• Exceptional communication and mentoring abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
