What you will do

• Design and implement the company strategy for battery technology selection and integration.
• Establish and maintain technical partnerships with battery suppliers and scout for innovative partners.
• Define integration guidelines, procedures, and documentation for new battery products.
• Develop and enhance in-house battery testing facilities and define validation criteria.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of battery performance and aging modeling tools.
• Implement and maintain HSE procedures within the battery laboratory to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or similar.
• Professional experience in the Energy Storage field and Lithium-ion battery technologies.
• Proven experience in battery integration for stationary or automotive Energy Storage Systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrochemistry fundamentals and battery modeling techniques.
• Proficiency with laboratory test instrumentation for performance evaluation.
• Fluency in English.
