What you will do

• Define work packages and technical specifications for CO2 compressor systems.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, including RFQ preparation, supplier selection, and technical meetings.
• Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
• Review, comment, and approve engineering documentation to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Collaborate with plant design teams on component installation and pipe routing.
• Support construction and commissioning teams, including 10-20% travel to sites or suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in power generation or turbomachinery industries.
• Solid understanding of industrial plant processes and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with axial, centrifugal, or reciprocating industrial compressors.
• Proficiency in German.
