What you will do

• Design and implement reusable AI skills to automate business workflows.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure AI output quality and reliability.
• Build RAG systems to ground AI responses in trusted company data.
• Design human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows for critical business decisions.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to embed AI into core user experiences.
• Own systems end-to-end from problem definition to production monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping real AI-powered systems or workflows.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in production environments.
• Product-first mindset with the ability to design complete user experiences.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and system design.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona or Madrid.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, skill-based agents, or AI protocols like MCP.
• Contributions to open-source or significant side projects.
