What you will do

• Create comprehensive test plans and define manual and automated testing strategies before feature development.
• Perform manual exploratory testing to validate new features and identify edge cases.
• Lead end-to-end automation initiatives, including strategy, implementation, and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define QA processes for a critical trading platform.
• Drive performance, security, and accessibility testing to ensure a top-tier trader experience.
• Document, report, and triage bugs to improve release quality and velocity.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python, Rust, or other automation-oriented languages.
• Foundational knowledge of trading, including order types, trade execution, and margin trading.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks for complex applications.
• Expertise in QA principles, including exploratory and regression testing.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and scaling automation.
• Must be based in one of the specified countries: UK, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Uruguay.
