What you will do

• Own features and systems across the entire stack, from backend infrastructure to React frontend components.
• Design and maintain distributed worker systems that execute multi-turn agent conversations at scale.
• Develop streaming architecture to deliver real-time token output to the browser.
• Collaborate with ML science, product, iOS, and SRE teams to blend reliability engineering with product sensibility.
• Debug production issues, including memory leaks in Kubernetes workers and egress controls in code execution sandboxes.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• 4+ years of full stack engineering experience with depth in backend services and React/TypeScript.
• Strong Python backend skills including async patterns, FastAPI, and distributed state machines.
• Experience building and operating services at scale with Kubernetes, autoscaling, and rolling deploys.
• Proficiency in MySQL or similar RDBMS for transactional state management.
• Experience with observability tooling like Datadog and structured logging.

Nice to have

• Experience building streaming UIs with server-sent events or WebSockets.
• Background in ML infrastructure or developer tooling.
• Hands-on experience shipping production-grade AI agents.
