What you will do

• Acquire and develop high-quality digital content for Health Sciences across platforms including e-books, apps, and clinical decision support tools.
• Recruit and manage a network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to adapt content to local clinical practices and academic settings.
• Negotiate contracts with authors, reviewers, and vendors while managing content budgets and cost control.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and UX teams to implement business unit strategies from a content perspective.
• Conduct market research and user testing to identify evolving user needs in the healthcare sector.
• Contribute to global projects involving new content development and best practice sharing.

Requirements

• University degree in Health Sciences (Nursing or Medicine), Languages, or Communication.
• Experience in clinical practice and managing digital content related to health sciences.
• Proven experience in building and managing networks of senior and junior clinical SMEs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical practice and critical literature appraisal.
• Excellent proficiency in Spanish and English (interviews will be conducted in both languages).
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate studies in Project Management, AI applied to Content, Healthcare, or UX/UI research.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, LLMs, and markup languages such as XML and HTML.
• Proficiency in Portuguese as a second language.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative UX research.
