What you will do

• Drive global facility management strategy, standardization, and continuous development across 16 worldwide offices.
• Lead end-to-end building operations, safety, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Manage global office projects, including planning and delivering fit-outs, renovations, and relocations.
• Develop and implement occupational safety and sustainability policies and standards.
• Oversee budget management, cost monitoring, and efficiency initiatives.
• Enhance processes through the implementation of modern facility management tools and digital technologies.

Requirements

• Completed technical apprenticeship with further education in Facility Management or a higher education degree.
• Strong expertise in building technology, IT systems, and safety/environmental regulations.
• Proven track record in team leadership and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with international stakeholders and executives.
• Fluent German and English skills required.
• Experience with facility management software and building automation systems.
