What you will do

• Act as a technical expert and consultant on the Salesforce platform for stakeholders and users.
• Develop dynamic content using AMPscript and custom applications in Journey Builder using SSJS, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Build targeted audience segments using Data Extensions and SQL setup.
• Implement multi-touch communications leveraging Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Interaction Studio, and Content Builder.
• Manage ETL processes, create data models via Contact Builder, and define data validation and cleansing rules.
• Collaborate with CRM and Data teams to define data connectors and ensure the scalability of developed solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer (or equivalent certification).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and integration methods.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Experience with JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
