Senior ITSM Developer (HaloITSM)

What you will do

• Act as a technical and process expert in HaloITSM implementation projects.
• Translate customer requirements into ITSM processes covering incident, problem, and change management, service requests, CMDB, SLAs, and workflows.
• Provide architectural guidance on HaloITSM modules, workflows, integrations, permissions, and reporting.
• Configure custom workflows, develop API integrations and scripts, and support data migration.
• Advise customer stakeholders, including executive-level representatives.
• Combine hands-on technical implementation with ITSM process consulting.

Requirements

• Senior-level or architect-level experience in ITSM platform development.
• Experience with HaloITSM or ServiceNow; experience with Jira Service Management, Ivanti, or Cherwell is also acceptable.
• Ability to independently define ITSM processes, service catalogs, and SLA structures.
• Confidence in providing professional guidance and making architectural decisions.
• Hands-on expertise in scripting, API and integration development, and data migration.
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English and German.

Nice to have

• Existing in-depth knowledge of HaloITSM.
