Design Director (Product Design)

What you will do

• Balance leadership with hands-on design execution to create and ship exceptional work
• Serve as a trusted design advisor to clients, guiding them through the design process and managing feedback
• Hire, mentor, and develop design team members to ensure a strong leadership pipeline
• Partner with the Business Development team to scope work and identify strategic opportunities
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance design culture

Requirements

• Must be located within PST to BRT time zones
• Proven experience managing and mentoring design teams through complex challenges
• Expertise in UX design, visual execution, and product strategy
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of change management and service design principles
• Active engagement in the design community through thought leadership
