What you will do

• Lead end-to-end service design across complex, multi-channel environments to align teams with strategic goals.
• Create comprehensive service blueprints and journey maps connecting customer experiences with backstage processes.
• Support organizational transformation by creating coherent, user-centered services across the organization.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to influence decision-making.
• Use research, prototyping, and performance data to validate service concepts and improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor team members and evolve service design standards, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing UX position.
• At least 3 years of consulting experience.
• Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, and various client types.
• Proven experience in organizational leadership and influencing executive leads.
• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
• Must be based in Romania
