Sr. Applied AI Software Engineer in Linux Agent

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support high-quality Linux agent and endpoint security software.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and MCP servers to improve development speed, code quality, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, developers, QA, UI designers, and other stakeholders on requirements, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Create and execute test cases and scripts covering functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Automate and improve development and release processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Familiarity with Linux and troubleshooting environment- or system-related issues.
• Familiarity with C/C++, Python, or Golang.
• Familiarity with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, pytest, or Robot Framework.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD processes such as GitHub Actions.
• Good English communication skills, proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and effective teamwork in agile environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of enterprise network environments and cloud technology.
• Experience with scripting and containers, including Lua, Bash, or Docker.
• Experience with data insight tools such as Azure Data Explorer.
• Experience developing and maintaining user-mode DLLs and kernel-mode drivers.
• Experience with test management platforms such as TestRail and visualizing test logic to improve coverage and identify edge cases.
