Applied AI Agent Engineer (AI, Web3)

What you will do

• Design and develop AI agent workflows and LLM-powered application components.
• Build and test prompt strategies, retrieval flows, tool-use logic, orchestration patterns, and backend integrations.
• Define evaluation metrics, run benchmarks, and analyze failure cases.
• Improve AI system quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and problem-solving.
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, internal tools, and lightweight user interfaces while collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Solid programming skills in Python or Java; backend engineering familiarity is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and comfort with APIs, debugging, and data.
• Strong interest in LLMs, AI agents, automation, and real-world system design.
• Available for a six-month, full-time commitment, five days per week.

Nice to have

• Personal projects or coursework involving LLM applications, agent systems, automation, or AI-assisted development.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases, or workflow tools.
• Experience with Git, databases, backend services, or cloud platforms.
