What you will do

• Deliver value by identifying and solving key user pain points within the hirify.global product suite.
• Act as the primary advocate for the product, building relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate a product squad to achieve defined success metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to execute go-to-market plans.
• Manage and communicate the product roadmap to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management shipping customer-facing software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present roadmaps and motivate others.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Passion for and knowledge of basketball and/or ice hockey.
• Must be based within commuting distance of London, UK.
