Senior Product Manager (Hybrid Cloud)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Hybrid Cloud): Driving initiatives related to Datacenter Configuration, Monitoring and Telemetry to address the needs of customers who want to seamlessly configure their datacenters and monitor it with Alerts, Logs, Telemetry in a well-integrated central hirify.global cloud platform with an accent on leadership, analytical and influencing skills. Focus on defining a single operating model to manage Distributed Hybrid Cloud.

Location: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.

What you will do

• Define and execute strategy and roadmap for hirify.global Platform Services in Configuration, Observability and Telemetry.
• Synthesize customer feedback into prioritized requirements.
• Write detailed market requirements and product requirement documents (PRDs).
• Coordinate with cross functional teams for complete product delivery.
• Build and Drive Consensus / Clarity.
• Track, manage, and report on KPIs.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related fields.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure services ( IaaS, PaaS).
• Hands on experience with Cluster management, Certificate management, Alerts, Task Management, Telemetry services, Log management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present to C-level executives.
• Proven ability to influence geographically distributed teams and deliver on commitments.
