What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement SLIs and SLOs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system and application issues.
• Develop automation tools and scripts for managing, monitoring, and deploying infrastructure.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and incident postmortems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be able to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
