TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and evolve AWS environments meeting strict availability, performance, and disaster recovery standards.
  • Own security posture including IAM, VPC segmentation, and ingress/egress controls.
  • Lead on-call for P1/P2 incidents with triage, remediation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Define SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets; automate reliability and eliminate operational toil.
  • Manage ISO 27001 audits, documentation, and automated evidence.
  • Maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and IaC standards with Terraform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on SRE/DevOps experience mastering production AWS environments.
  • Proven primary responder and Incident Lead for high-stakes P1/P2 events.
  • Deep AWS Shared Responsibility Model, governance, and security best practices knowledge.
  • Practical ISO 27001, SOC2 or similar framework support experience.
  • Proficient in Terraform IaC and automation scripting (Python/Go/Bash).
  • Ability to communicate technical risks and incidents to technical/executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated sectors (FinTech, HealthTech).
  • Work with SOCs, SIEMs, or MSSPs.
  • AWS Cost Optimization (FinOps) expertise.
