What you will do

• Reduce late-stage defects by strengthening testing across the full development lifecycle.
• Increase release confidence by defining quality standards with measurable evidence.
• Ensure consistent adoption of agreed testing strategies within the team.
• Embed automated quality checks into CI/CD delivery pipelines.
• Act as a trusted quality partner for engineers and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing effective testing strategies across multiple test layers (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end).
• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC and CI/CD environments, with hands-on experience embedding quality into delivery pipelines.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to influence teams and promote shared ownership of quality.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and confidence reviewing test code alongside engineers.
• Experience working with quality gates, automation frameworks and observability tools to provide meaningful release confidence.
