What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 7 engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to execute product plans.
• Drive the adoption of AI frameworks and modern development toolsets.
• Build dashboards to track development performance, forecasting, and benchmarks.
• Improve project management processes with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Manage release calendars and provide accurate reporting on major activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an engineering manager or technical project manager role.
• Hands-on software engineering background in Java or C/C++.
• Experience developing large distributed applications using Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep knowledge of engineering project management, release cycles, and schedule forecasting.
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and related tracking tools.
• Strong collaboration, planning, and data analytics skills.
