Salary: $100,080 – $228,000

What you will do

• Lead delivery teams to ensure high-quality and reliable IT services within a contractual framework.
• Manage technical and managerial support for field engineers, system administrators, and subject matter experts.
• Oversee the troubleshooting of incidents, problems, changes, and escalations to ensure seamless system operations.
• Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to design and maintain future-proof systems.
• Propose and implement tailored technical solutions aligned with evolving customer business needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and providing quality services to customers.
• Strong knowledge of managed platforms, IT services, and technology vendors.
• Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of AIOps and an innovation-oriented mindset regarding automation.
• Ability to interact directly and constantly with customers to drive positive outcomes.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications.
