Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform process audits, product inspections, testing, and dimensional measurements.
• Identify, document, and contain nonconforming material per company procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone methods.
• Collect and analyze quality data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Utilize gauges, measuring tools, prints, and CAD models for verification.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve process capability and reduce risk.

Requirements

• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measurement tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand GD&T basics.
• Experience with root cause and corrective action tools (CAPA/8D).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and QMS systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Quality Technician or Manufacturing Engineering Technician Certificate.
• 3 to 6 months of related experience or training.
