Salary: $72,290—$106,024

What you will do

• Supervise and coach a diverse manufacturing team to achieve business objectives.
• Manage tool build priorities using build roadmaps and workorder schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain high levels of ISO compliance and lead GEMBA walks to monitor production metrics.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma techniques and enhance 5S workspace systems.
• Process material transactions and coordinate inventory within the SAP environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Horsham, PA on the 1st shift.
• Experience supervising personnel in an ISO or FDA regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics, blueprints, and Bills of Materials.
• Proficiency with MRP systems, with a strong preference for SAP.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with manufacturing high precision products in a vacuum environment.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment, inspection, and clean room operations.
