What you will do

• Own the end-to-end data onboarding and transformation process, from ingestion to mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Connect and maintain automated data connectors within the platform for various marketing sources.
• Investigate data anomalies and execute quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Delivery, and Client Engagement teams to define project requirements and timelines.
• Manage Agile project workflows and drive the delivery of client configurations.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scale.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional European languages are a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Technology Transformation, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, or marketing data sources (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Adobe).
• Familiarity with data quality, data mapping, and data transformation best practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM frameworks and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
