hirify.global is a product company providing EMI and Banking solutions, including its own proprietary Core Banking System (CBS).

What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for UI, API, and backend banking improvements.
• Develop core CBS functionality and manage integrations with external providers.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and detailed task descriptions for the development team.
• Participate in architectural solution design and CBS configuration.
• Investigate and resolve production client cases.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, product, and design teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience in the implementation or development of Core Banking Systems (CBS) or financial back-office applications.
• Understanding of payment processing flows, account management, and banking system architectures.
• Proficiency in business process modeling using UML and BPMN notations.
• Knowledge of client-server architecture principles.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
