What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmaps for major areas of the TyrOS platform from problem framing to iteration.
• Define and ship complex features by collaborating closely with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs.
• Embed with military units during exercises and rotations to translate field reality into product direction.
• Partner with design to turn complex operational problems into intuitive product experiences.
• Coordinate with growth and mission success teams to prioritize work based on customer and contract context.
• Advocate for strategic bets and make technical tradeoffs explicit in cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager and 6-10+ years of total professional experience.
• Technical credibility (CS background or prior engineering experience) to engage deeply with engineers on architecture.
• Proven track record at high-bar product companies (big tech or top-tier startups).
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance.
• Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Washington, D.C., Seattle, or New York City.

Nice to have

• Military background or experience building products for the defense sector.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features in production.
• Experience with complex operational software (logistics, planning, command-and-control, or analytics).
