What you will do

• Provide analytical and administrative support to the asset management team.
• Review budgets and update forecasts for portfolio assets.
• Prepare financial reports for planning, forecasting, and variance analysis at portfolio and asset levels.
• Analyze returns across various asset classes, partners, and geographies.
• Maintain accurate performance data for portfolio investments and lead reporting efforts.
• Automate recurring tasks using AI software.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• At least 2 years of real estate experience within asset management and/or accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task team environment.
