Salary: $152,800 - $229,200

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years, Master's and 5+ years, or PhD and 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing agentic AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Must be based at a U.S. hirify.global location or in Vancouver, CA.
• Valid U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship offered exclusively for Principal-level roles).

Nice to have

• Experience architecting generative AI platforms with multi-agent orchestration and tool-integration frameworks.
• Proven history of engineering AI solutions that coordinate across multiple digital services.
• Experience developing secure and scalable APIs for enterprise system integration.
• Familiarity with facility management platforms (CMMS, BMS, IoT devices).
• Background in building digital platforms using Streamlit and cloud platforms (SQL, Azure, Snowflake).
