TL;DR
Product Designer (Fintech): Owning the end-to-end design process for B2B payment solutions with an accent on turning complex regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences. Focus on mapping user journeys, building high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and iterating based on data-informed insights.
Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (office attendance 3+ days a week required)

What you will do
- Manage the entire design lifecycle from deep-dive discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to perform Design QA and ensure shipped features maintain high quality standards.
- Iterate on live features by analyzing A/B test results, usage data, and session recordings via PostHog and Metabase.
- Maintain and evolve the shared Figma component library and design system for visual consistency across platforms.
- Design intuitive onboarding and verification flows to simplify KYC processes while ensuring transparency and security.
- Support the Marketing team by creating cohesive digital visuals and marketing materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, ideally in Fintech or B2B SaaS.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, specifically with variables, auto-layout, and advanced prototyping.
- Proven ability to simplify complex financial workflows into scannable and actionable interfaces.
- Must be based in Berlin or able to work hybrid (3+ days/week in office).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working at speed within a startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience actively building, scaling, or managing comprehensive design systems.
