What you will do

• Define platform clinical standards and scope-of-practice guardrails for providers.
• Develop condition-specific care pathways and documentation standards to support insurance reimbursement.
• Establish provider performance frameworks, metrics, and audit systems to ensure quality of care.
• Design and implement clinical outcomes measurement systems to demonstrate impact to payer partners.
• Create clinical education, training programming, and onboarding materials for the provider network.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operating experience in high-growth startups, preferably in healthcare.
• 5+ years of clinical operations experience in digital health, payer, or 1099 provider networks.
• Experience designing documentation standards, clinical audit programs, and quality governance.
• Strong analytical skillset for analyzing large and complex data sets.
• Fluency in payer outcomes and quality frameworks.
• Location: Must be based in New York City
