What you will do

• Lead and manage medium-sized projects or complex work streams, including project planning and resource engagement.

• Contribute to winning profitable business through background research, proposal writing, pricing, and pitch preparation.
• Collaborate with industry leaders to develop and customize service line offerings for specific targeted industries.

Requirements

• Relevant Master’s or Doctorate degree.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a consultancy or client HR function.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of experience within a top-tier professional services firm.
• Proven ability to scope, design, and deliver non-standard solutions to meet complex client needs.
• In-depth understanding of supported industries and the ability to apply business offerings at a senior level.
