What you will do

• Secure air, car, and hotel accommodations for contracted government agencies.
• Ensure all domestic and international travel bookings adhere to government travel regulations.
• Manage queues throughout the day and handle cancellation or reservation change processes.
• Provide timely status updates to client agencies regarding pending travel.
• Conduct routine research on travel industry changes and trends to advise clients.
• Maintain professional customer service and recommend value-added services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, with some post-high school education.
• Prior experience in the travel industry.
• Working knowledge of WorldSpan and SABRE GDS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Weekend work is required in this role.
