What you will do

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasts across multiple currencies and entities.
• Deepen existing US banking relationships and lead the onboarding of new partners.
• Structure and negotiate credit facilities, ensuring covenant compliance and reporting.
• Design and implement treasury policies, internal controls, and SOPs.
• Partner with FX, Accounting, and Product teams to optimize payment rails and settlement.
• Hire and develop a dedicated treasury team.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of progressive treasury experience, specifically within fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with multi-currency operations across various entities or corridors.
• Direct experience managing credit facilities, including reporting and draw/repayment mechanics.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, settlement mechanics, and liquidity management.
• Experience building treasury policies and internal controls from scratch at a scaling company.
• AI-forward mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with stablecoin or digital-asset treasury.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Proven ability to automate treasury processes.
