What you will do

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of software and hardware solutions.
• Design project scopes, installation plans, and sensor network architectures.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Train clients and oversee contractors or junior technicians on installation processes.
• Document installation processes and client interactions in HubSpot CRM.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of materials.

Requirements

• Solid experience with on-site installations and support in a tech environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to industrial products.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for independent on-site work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide training to clients.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and CRM software.
