What you will do

  • Supervise field employees, providing direction, training, and performance management.
  • Administer the company safety program and perform mandatory safety audits.
  • Plan and prioritize modernization projects and manpower using project management software.
  • Manage jobsites from survey to completion, troubleshooting technical issues and conducting quality audits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, elevator consultants, and architects.
  • Manage financial aspects including change orders, purchase orders, and accounts receivable.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or two years of experience in branch departmental management.
  • Ability to write professional reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
