What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end project orders, including entry, proactive follow-up, and completion through billing.
  • Develop project estimates, customer pricing, and job order documentation.
  • Monitor project performance and maintain trackers to ensure visibility into milestones.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to proactively resolve issues.
  • Provide insights on the hazardous waste industry, including competitor capabilities and cost structures.
  • Act as a liaison to coordinate contractor partner involvement in project execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or project support.
  • Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Customer service experience in a B2B environment.
  • Required: Proficiency in SAP (or other ERP systems) and Salesforce.
  • Location: Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Dublin, OH.
