What you will do

• Translate litigation workflow knowledge into reusable AI features that augment research, filing analysis, and case building.
• Champion product design that prioritizes transparency and ensures all AI-generated outputs have verifiable audit trails.
• Partner with software engineers, product managers, and UX designers to guide the product vision and troubleshoot complex legal use cases.
• Analyze litigation lifecycles to identify opportunities where GenAI can securely optimize workflows.
• Perform hands-on evaluation of frontier models by grading AI-generated outputs and analyzing thousands of documents.
• Serve as the internal authority on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) to ensure platform credibility.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school.
• 2+ years of experience practicing litigation within a top-tier law firm (Big Law) or elite corporate in-house team.
• Deep mastery of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) and discovery mechanics.
• Product-oriented mindset with a desire to build scalable technology-driven systems.
• Ability to deconstruct complex legal reasoning into structured logic to inform AI behavior.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating nuanced legal requirements to technical teams.
