What you will do

• Support client-facing pilots, onboarding, and training to maximize platform utility for legal teams.
• Design and evaluate AI use cases for real legal tasks such as contract review, research, and drafting.
• Capture user insights and translate them into actionable feedback for product improvements.
• Document best practices and contribute to internal playbooks for scaling legal AI deployment.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco (On-site)
• Exposure to law; Completed J.D. preferred.
• Experience as a paralegal or clerk is required.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and an eagerness to experiment with AI tools.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between lawyers and technologists.
