What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, performant solutions for experimentation and data-driven products.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions to improve system scalability and performance.
• Lead the development of limited-scope features from initial definition to final deployment.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues to optimize overall service reliability.
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and designers to iterate on functionality.
• Contribute to observability, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building full stack web applications.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Experience building or maintaining scalable, production-grade systems.
• Familiarity with observability practices, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working in Agile development environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node, and Go.
