What you will do

• Produce high volumes of static, motion, carousel, GIF, and video assets for paid media and lifecycle campaigns.
• Translate creative briefs into performance-oriented designs optimized for testing, engagement, and conversion.
• Rapidly iterate on high-performing creative concepts, producing variations across multiple channels and platforms.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and reusable components to support scalable production.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and brand designers to improve execution quality and performance.
• Perform quality assurance on all assets and troubleshoot formatting issues prior to launch.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production design, digital design, or performance marketing creative environments.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience designing for paid social platforms like Meta and YouTube, as well as web and lifecycle channels.
• Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation, and digital asset production workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
