What you will do

• Lead visual design and multimedia production across digital advertising, social media, web, video, and print initiatives.
• Create high-performing creative assets for paid and organic campaigns, including static ads, motion content, and short-form video.
• Design and optimize landing pages and user-focused digital experiences, including participation in A/B testing.
• Develop scalable design systems, templates, and creative assets to support distributed teams.
• Incorporate AI-assisted creative tools and emerging technologies into design workflows to improve speed and innovation.
• Collaborate with marketing and storytelling teams to translate strategic concepts into visually compelling campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of professional design experience in an in-house, agency, or production-focused environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong web and digital design experience using tools such as Figma.
• Proven experience creating performance-driven advertising assets for platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Portfolio showcasing work across digital ads, video, motion graphics, print, and web design.
