Salary: $83,800 - $127,300 USD Annual

What you will do

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical problems in manufacturing operations.
• Design and modify electrical control circuits and programs.
• Perform engineering tasks on CNC equipment and robots using specialized software and hardware.
• Lead technical problem solving and collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
• Oversee project installations by contractors and plant electricians.
• Support and train skilled electricians and maintain electrical equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and Industrial Control Systems.
• Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming.
• Experience troubleshooting Servo and VFD systems.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Profibus, and Ethernet.
• Willingness to work any shift, including off-shifts.

Nice to have

• Troubleshooting experience with robotics and knowledge of CNC code.
• Exposure to Siemens, Rockwell, and Fanuc PLCs.
• Experience with Industrial Cameras (Cognex, Keyence, Matrox) and Safety PLCs.
