TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland) - On-site Wednesday and Thursday, remote flexibility Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day pipeline management for active EMEA and APAC requisitions, ensuring candidates are informed and progressing.
  • Conduct initial screenings for high-volume roles to assess qualifications, interest, and culture fit.
  • Support regional sourcing campaigns through job board postings, agency coordination, and candidate outreach.
  • Maintain rigorous data hygiene in the Workday ATS to ensure accurate pipeline metrics.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones for a seamless candidate and manager experience.
  • Represent the company at Dublin and virtual talent events to strengthen the employer brand.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or HR operations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin, Ireland office following a hybrid schedule.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking discipline with high attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency with Workday or a strong ability to learn new ATS platforms quickly.

Nice to have

  • Multilingual fluency in EMEA languages such as Dutch, German, or French.
  • Exposure to international hiring norms or regional labor markets.
  • Background in agency or corporate volume recruiting.
  • Experience with talent events or employer brand initiatives.
