What you will do

• Interpret engineering drawings, SolidWorks models, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and specifications to understand product design.
• Collaborate with technicians and manufacturing engineers to capture assembly sequences, tooling requirements, and quality checkpoints.
• Create and maintain assembly build instructions, manufacturing instructions (MIs), and visual aids.
• Continuously improve documentation based on technician feedback, production issues, and process changes.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing documentation in parallel with design activities.
• Utilize AI and modern tools to create efficient and user-friendly method instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technical Writing, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Horsham, PA, USA.
