What you will do

• Lead engineering activities with a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and equipment design.
• Execute engineering projects to ensure designs meet customer requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate scheduling of technical resources and project deliverables across global teams.
• Develop and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of engineering tools and global processes.
• Travel to customer sites (20–30%) for troubleshooting, data collection, and field support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in design, layout, or stress engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience in the Pulp & Paper industry (e.g., Vacuum washers, Twin roll presses, Disk filters).
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate global design teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
