What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts to achieve key performance indicators for the customer success function.
- Build trusting relationships with cross-functional leadership to align on client goals.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to resolve escalated client issues and service recovery.
- Conduct business impact assessments to identify product and process gaps.
- Oversee client-facing reporting and assist in the hiring and candidate review process.
- Monitor and manage team member capacity and bandwidth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of working knowledge of healthcare benefits, pharmacy benefits, or commercial health insurance.
- 2+ years of people management experience or evidence of informal leadership in process improvements.
- High-level communication skills with the ability to mediate conflict and foster honest dialogue.
- Strong consultative approach and ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
