What you will do

• Develop security requirements to protect the company from internal and external threats.
• Document and report policy or procedure discrepancies and manage change requests.
• Monitor adherence to Cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls across the organization.
• Act as a primary liaison and first point of contact for Cybersecurity concerns within various departments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan and design security governance, resource management, and asset management.
• Represent the Global Cybersecurity organization on strategic projects.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in large business environments, preferably within financial services.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks, legislation, regulations, and industry practices.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps, and Agile development processes.
• Proficiency in at least one coding language.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Arlington, TX.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
