Salary: $89,250 - $105,000

What you will do
- Coordinate and respond to client-driven and internal audits, tracking actions to closure and developing compliance reporting.
- Conduct operational assessments (OA) and compile results into executive-ready reporting packages.
- Define and communicate evidence standards for work orders, changes, incidents, and vendor documentation.
- Drive reconciliation of incomplete or conflicting facility records to ensure data accuracy across CMMS and systems of record.
- Identify and document BMS/BAS readiness gaps and develop site briefs and action plans for controls-related initiatives.
- Support environmental compliance data collection, including refrigerant tracking and program coordination.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, compliance, audit readiness, or operational governance.
- Strong understanding of commercial facility systems, MEP, and equipment lifecycle expectations.
- Ability to produce high-quality executive-ready written deliverables and summaries.
- Experience with CMMS, Safety Culture, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.
- Must be based in Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for routine site visits and operational assessments.
