What you will do

• Launch and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on CPA, Spend, and LTV.
• Generate and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to propose new ideas and provide performance-based feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or in Performance Marketing.
• Experience working with subscription-based products (web or mobile).
• Proven track record of managing Meta Ads budgets from $500K/month.
• Hands-on experience with the US and Tier-1 markets.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, LTV) and experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, GA4).

Nice to have

• Experience launching and optimizing Web2App funnels.
• Experience working with Google Ads and other paid channels.
