What you will do

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual renewal targets for North American SMB customers.
• Engage with customers throughout the renewal lifecycle to ensure retention.
• Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and provide actionable feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (CV must be submitted in English).
• Must be based in Brazil and available to work across all North American time zones.
• Must follow the North American statutory holiday schedule.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven track record in customer retention and satisfaction.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Totango.
